Whats the best digital camera I can buy?

  • I wanted a digital camera for Christmas, in baby blue, or silver. But, I want the camera to be able to record videos, and take pictures . I want it to be chargeable, and not battery opperated. And I dont want to go higher than 200+ so whats the best one for my needs?
