  SD Flash and SD card Flash are just different ways to refer to the "Secure Digital" standard of memory cards. SDHC is basically the newer version of that standard that supports far greater capacities. Memory Stick is Sony's proprietary competing flash memory format. Hard Drive means it has a magnetic drive inside, similar to the one in your computer. DVD Flash probably means it can use both Mini DVDs and/or also one of the flash memory formats.
