New sd card works in my camera but my computer wont recognize it.?
-
I replaced my old sd card with a new larger one. I works great in the camera, we took lots of pix on Christmas day. When I went to upload the pix into the computer it would not recognize the sd card. I put it in and nothing... Its as if the computer dose not know I stuck the card in. If I use the USB cable it works fine, I was able to get the pix on to the computer that way, but... I the old sd card worked fine (and still dose, I tried it) why wont the new one? They are the same brand, just different sizes. I hate using cables...

Answer:
Make sure you are putting the card in the card reader on you computer correctly. A little light should come on when it is properly inserted. You may have to open My Computer to see the card.
