Unfortunately Fuji only makes colour Instax film. If you want to shoot instant b&w film, you'll have to use a vintage Polaroid with Impossible Project film or professional grade Fuji instant film. A used Polaroid 600 camera loaded with the film below http://shop.the-impossible-project.com/allabout/silvershade/ is probably the closest thing you can get to what you're looking for. The instant film market is very quirky and in constant change. It's worth spending time doing ones own research on all the currently available cameras and films. Good luck and have fun!
