Help verifying windows live id please?

Windows live movie maker sound help please?

hey i have windows live movie maker and i filmed a video using my iphone4. i then connected my iphone to the computer and put the video i took on my iphone into the computer, i then opened the video and the picture and the sound works fine. but when i add the video to windows live movie maker, theres no sound. does windows live movie maker only have sound for a percific type of file? or something like that? because i took the video with my iphone4 not sure if that makes a difference. if i need to change the format to mp4 or something can you please tell me how and if i need a program tell me the name of it as well. or if theres a different program i can use which will work the audio then that also would be great, oh and the video only goes for ab out 10 minutes if that helps. thanks :)
