Does the "Canon EOS Rebel" 35mm camera have a Light meter, aperture setting, and shutterspeed settings?

Answer:
All "automatic" camera's (i.e. ones that set the shutter and aperture automatically) have a light meter. It's what makes this auto feature possible. Most DSLR's (all that I've ever seen which is nearly all of them) have fully manual, shutter priority, and aperture priority modes as you're asking about. The EOS Rebel certainly does. HTH
