What would be the best camera for a beauty guru to use?

• Ive been making beauty related videos for about a year now (on & off)but now im able to possibly make money off of them (no idea why though...there kinda crappy...) & i want to up grade my camera. my current camera is a $15 webcam..so ya im in need of an upgrade. but im not sure what camera i should get. i should get an HD camera but there is not clear list that breaks it down for people who edit beauty videos (for the most part people only talk about vlogging cameras) i dont have much money right now but i am willing to spend what ever i have too (within reason of course)
