What camera takes the longest video?

What digital camera is fairly cheap, chargeable, has a flash, and takes video?

  • I cannot get a digital camera that has batteries. I will use it every day so I can't be changing batteries all the time. I need a camera that has a flash, but also has video. I use to have one like that, and it was about 60 dollars, but it broke, and they discontinued the item. Is there another one like this? I'm looking for one around the $50-100 range..

    The Nikon Coolpix is a pretty good one, except for super-close-ups. But for the everyday person it works fine!
