How to put videos on this video cam?

I have a camera with a video cam in it and how do i put it onto a dvd??

I got some new videos on my camera which is one of those cams that has the video cam in it and i want to know how to put the video on a DVD. My mother in law wants a dvd of her but i have no clue how to do it...is there a site i can use or what do i do?? I have windows media on my computer and realtime if that helps?!?! Please let me know and if you do know what type of disc do i need to buy? is it the DVD-R?? not sure!

The two most popular programs are Roxio and Nero, so look for one of them on your computer.
