Try to go to the kodak website and uninstall the cd again and reinstall. Computers go coo coo sometimes, so just keep playing with it and if it is still not working go to support on the Kodak site and they will help you. The drivers on the computer and not connecting with the camera, so I am sure once you reinstall it should work.
