Kia are cheap cars. Don't by it unless you're mechanically inclined.

not bad at all. The new one is really for on-road use only, the previous generation had some off-road capability, but was lacking some critical things for off-road, and had too many off-road compromised to be really good on-road.

No -- but it's certainly not a GOOD car. The value plummets the second you sign the dotted line, build quality is spotty, materials are second-rate and reliability is marginal. You would be better off buying a four year old Honda.
