Can't insert the car key?

I cant get car open and the key of the fob looks like a blank key?

  • the key wont go in, its a renault laguna

    is it's a modern laguna with the keycard, there will be a spare key within the keycard that just slides out. You need to use this key in the passenger door but first remove the small square panel in the door handle the get access to the keyhole.
