It's a black Toyota Tundra Crew Max. it might be a few years old, but they haven't changed: http://www.beechmonttoyota.com/NewSummary.asp?RN=0&RI=1&StockNumber=AX153048&Model=TUNDRA&DealerID=12026 Look how the line on the back door (bottom of the window) sweeps up - The tundra is the only truck that does this. Your photo shows one that has had the badges removed and running boards added, but it's definitely a tundra.
