Is there a Ram Air intake made for the Buick 350?
-
I have a '72 Buick Skylark. I want to put the same intake on it that's on the GSX. I know I'll have to buy the hood with scoops, but can I buy that intake for my 350? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Answer:
Yep, you just need to buy a Gran Sport style air cleaner assembly like the GSX has and fit it on your engine. They have 2 air ducts located right under the hood scoops that help feed air into the engine. I've actually seen plenty of Skylark 350 cars that are cloned to look like a GSX or regular Gran Sport. It's a really cool setup and will help set your car apart at car shows and stuff. To find one, try some of the classic car reproduction parts companies like Year One. Here's a pic of the setup: http://cll.hemmings.com/story_image/41671-500-0.jpg Hope that helps!
