Which car is better? mercedes slk, porsche boxter, porsche carrera or porsche cayman?

    Personally, I would take the Carrera over the others in a heartbeat. Not sure if you've ever driven one, but the car is so refined and distinctive. It doesn't feel generic like the Boxster, or Cayman. That said, the fact that it has a rear engine makes it a blast to drive. Overall, it has to be the best of the bunch, and though more expensive, is worth every penny.

Depends on what you are looking for in a car. Do you need more than 2 seats? Do you need the badge? Personally I would be looking at an Audi A5 quattro or one of their RS range, better ride, spec and reliability. Mercs have a not so good rep for cost of servicing, having a good friend who worked in the garage for them. Porche is good, but I went for an F355 myself though, cheaper and more fun! If you have to go for one though, go for the Carrera, best to drive and own in long run.

better for what purpose? Personally speaking the merc,boxster are for girls,the cayman is for people who want a Porsche but can't afford the Real 1,whereas the Carrera is and out and out supercar

Porche Carrera. BEST DESIGN and better quality. Porche Cayman S is attractive from the outside with its unique phyisical appearance but the quality compared to mercede and other porches are low.

I would enjoy owning the Carrera but I suspect that as an everyday car, the Boxter is difficult to beat at the price.
