What's the difference between a Grand National and a GNX?

Grand National and GNX! any difference?

  • Whats the difference between the Buick Grand National and the GNX?! is there any?

  • Answer:

I believe the GNX is rated at about 300 horsepower and the Grand National is about 245 hp. The GNX has fender flares and different, wider wheels and tires. There are also differences in the trim on the body and interior. Vents on the front fenders.

Other answers

Mechanically, the turbocharger on the GNX was different, and as far as I know the engine was the same, just "recalibrated" a little bit. Different cam, maybe.
