What models of Vauxhall Corsa are there?

Opel Corsa and Vauxhall Corsa. Both are different car models.?

  • Both cars have different specifications. Isn't it foolish to keep a name of tht sort. How can Honda have same civic with just few changes in the exterior and interior. The name should be totally different. What is the reason? Do anybody know?

    To sum it all up, they are indeed the same car but with different option and very subtle changes like badge for example. The companies do this because of the several reason previously stated, but like honda that has, some manufactors choose to have a different name in a different country. Honda has its integra model while Acura has it's own integra but, in the end, they are in fact the same car.

Opel is called Vauxhall in some countries (and its called Holden in Australia) Possible reason - before going to new country there already was a company using same name. The two Corsa cars are quite similar but possibly not identical if they are manufactured in different factories and ment to be sold in different continents. (no need to haul spare parts for aftermarked from other side of the world.)
