What kind of coolant do you put in a 1998 Volkswagen Jetta GL?

Lowering my 1999 Volkswagen Jetta 2.0 GL?

  • Knowing i would get a bunch of **** for being a "n00b" on vwvortex i dont feel like posting this on there. I am wanting to lower my 1999 Volkswagen Jetta 2.0 GL. What is the easiest way, and cheapest way to do so. I still want it to handle well and to have a smothish ride. Thanks in advance.

  • Answer:

you're best bet is raceland coilovers. you can get them on their website for $358+ shipping and tax. I have them on my car and love it. ride it a bit stiff, if with any lowering set up you're ride quality will suffer. if you want to have a little better ride then the racelands i'd go with FK street lines. they abour $550+shipping and tax. they're pretty much the next step up from raceland. check out ECS tuning. they have all kinda of things for volkswagen.
