Where can I find performance parts for a VW passat.?

I am looking specifically for performance parts for a 2002 VW passat 1.8t. Also, what is this engine called? Is it the same engine from a 2002 VW jetta 1.8t? Can I use the same performance parts that I would use on a 2002 vw jetta 1.8t or do i have to get specific ones for my 2002 vw passat 1.8t. Looking for: Cold air intake Also, I was going to have my local muffler shop do a straight pipe exhaust for me from the cat back. Will this increase horsepower and by how much.

Technically it is the same engine, only it is mounted differently. There are many codes for that engine, as it shares it with Audi and SEAT. ECS tuning has some decent performance parts. Also, a CAI doesn't do much, neither will a straight pipe, because you do need some back pressure, and you will get ticketed for a noisy muffler. Go on vwvortex.com, and see what others have done.
