Aftermarket Car Alarm Help?

Can somebody please help to bypass the car alarm on a 97 jetta gl 5 speed?

• this is really annoying me. i got a red 1997 gl jetta 5 speed. and everytime i try starting my car the alarm goes off. everytime it goes off i get out my car and open my drivers door and it goes off. i really dont know whats going on. one minute it works the next minute i shut off my car to go inside , i come back outside to go out and then boom this started to happen. did i maybe locked the igintion with the second key or something? or did i somehow activate the alarm for the iginition. because everytime i try to start the car boom the car tries starting but then the alarm comes up. BUT ANYWAYS CAN SOMEONE TRY TO TELL ME THE STEPS I NEED OR HOW TO BYPASS THE ALARM SYSTEM SO THIS ANOYING ALARM CAN GO AWAY.. thank you very much for you're time. Appreciate your opinion and answer.

  Relax, this is actually quite a simple procedure, what you need to do is remove the panel underneath the steering wheel (bottom of the dash) and look up under next to where the pedals are mounted, and you will see a small aluminum box about 3 inches by 6 inches, and about an inch thick, it has two plugs going into it, go ahead and unplug both of them. on one of the plugs you will see that it has two thick red wires (thicker than any of the other wires) you need to connect these two together (this is your starter lockout), then you are done! i hope this helps, give me a shout if you need more info.
