Toyota Innova transmission conversion to automatic?

is it possible to fit an automatic gearbox to any toyota innova model. Like, I have a 2.4l diesel version and also a petrol one. Automatic trans is available in the uae, but its not in india, So is it possible to fit automatic in a manual innova?
