I am also looking for a 2003 Toyota Camry or newer.

Toyota celica vs camry?

  • I have a 2000 toyota celica and i love the way it looks but its very uncomfortable, i have a chance to buy a 2003 toyota camry which is a normal looking car but it rides like a dream and is very comfortable and its faster. I can't decide. Camry or Celica?

  • Answer:

I also like the sporty look of the Celica. Needless to say, I didn't even take it for a test drive. My right legs keep on hitting the center console. Go with the Camry, you'll enjoy the car more.

Different tools for different jobs. The Camry is a great car, more suited for family use, while the Celica is a is a sport/enthusiast car. If you find that the Celica is uncomfortable for you, you may in fact find the Camry is more suited to you.

I'd go for the Camry, newer and more versatile. The V6 is a fantastic engine and surprisingly gets only 1-2 mpg less than the 4 cylinder engine. It is so smooth. If the Camry is an XLE it will be quite an upgrade from the Celica. Super quiet ride, etc.

is the camry your looking at a v6 or a 4 cylinder? if its a v6 ya its more powerful just your gas mileage wont be that great if its a 4 cylinder camry its not much faster then your celica it just feels like it.. the camry is a bigger car so if you want a bigger car go with the camry
