Is a 2001 celica rear or front wheel drive?

I own a 1994 toyota celica gt as you know it is a front wheel drive car and i wanting to make it a rear wheel?

  Ah, a fellow 6g. If it's worth it to you, check out 6gc.net. I am a member and have seen one on there with a RWD conversion. BUT it is almost impossible without huuuge amounts of alterations with the drive train, transmission, exhaust, axles, floor boards and body and engine mounting (it'd have to go in the trunk and a new firewall built) And no matter if you are willing to do all of that for 15 grand or more, weight distribution and control would be crap plus the transfer from the front to rear wheels would kill mileage and make the car worthless to anyone but you. Although a good personal project is always interesting. So I agree with the other guy, buy a Supra if you want RWD power. Otherwise, take good care of the car and drop in a 260hp turbo 3sgte engine or a Beams. They aren't natrally speed cars, it's all about style.
