How to find out the series and model number of a toyota surf?

• I have a 91 toyota hilux surf (3L V6) and am looking for a replacement shroud (fan cover) but I keep getting asked what the series or model number for my truck are. The only thing that I can find that even remotely makes sense to me in regards to this is"Model: E-VZN1-30G-GKPQE" and "Frame: VZN130-0075022" Now theoretically, would this make my truck a VZN 130 series, as the VZN, and 130 numbers are in both down for the model and frame numbers. People ask me if its a VZN130 or a 130 or all these other things that dont register to me... Have found somebody with a shroud from a '1990' 130 series surf but neither of us are sure if it would fit my 1991 ????? series surf! All i can figure out is that the picture of his truck looks like my truck...(I know, typical female) and Ive found someone who also is wrecking a 1991 130 series surf and has a shroud for me, but he wants to know if mine is a 2LT, 3y or a VZN????? Please help me figure this 'jumble' out...
