What was the last year Toyota Landcruisers had a manual transmission?

I have a question about Toyota ATF?

  • Hi, I have a 1996 Toyota Camry 4 cy. I want to order Auto transmission fluid from autopartsway.com. I put year and model of my car, then it show Toyota Genius OEM ATF Dexron Type 4. But I check on owner manual; it recommend Dexron Type 3. So, Could I use Genius OEM Toyota ATF Type 4 on my 1996 Toyota Camry? Thanks for any helps?

    Toyota models below the year 2003 all use dexron 3 type. 2004 and up all use Toyota Type T-4

Dexron3 and type IV atf are not compatible.Using the wrong type of fluid WILL end up damaging your transaxle.1996 camry requires dexron 3 fluid.

the manual is over 10 years old..the ATF has been upgraded since then...me ide use the type 4.
