Is a basic car alarm hard to install?

Will there be a problem if i install a remote start, open and close button and an alarm in my car?

  • I have a 2005 Toyota Celica GT and it only came with a key because Toyota didn't make mine with a open and close system . So now im thinking of Tunin out my car this Summer with Carbon Fiber accesories so i want to protect it. It's also really cold up here in NH and i never have time to warm up my car so i need a remote start before i mess something up in it. Will it be too much if i put all THREE things in my car Remote Start, Open and Close, and an alarm system will it interfere with things like internally if something goes wrong will it be difficult to have it worked on? or if i want to add some ground effect lights under the car or a sound system etc. Or will it be no effect?... Any suggestions like maybe i should get one of those yellow top batteries? lol i dunno im a girl and dont mess wit cars but would at least like to know what im getting done to my car. THANX

  • Answer:

You should be fine getting the remote start alarm system in your Celica. It will not interfere with any other OEM systems as long as you have a professional install it. Good luck with your new car and have fun with it! You can check out www.newcelica.org for more detailed info.
