Online Phone book Help?

I am trying to sync my moms phone book to her 2005 toyota prius and I need help?

• Her phone is a Nokia nuron 5230. I did the press settings. Press start transfer. I got to the point of the car saying to send phone book to car. Something like that but I can't figure out how to send her phone book to the car. What do I press in the phone or in the car?? HELP!

  You've done the car bit when you get the message to send the phone book. The problem is that not all phones support the Bluetooth object-push profile. Bluetooth isn't Bluetooth. What Bluetooth is is a suite of protocols (profiles in Bluetooth speak) that may or may not be implemented in the various devices. If the phone doesn't have a way to send--the Nokian phones are extremely user unfriendly, which is why Nokian is going down the tubes fast--Then you will have to send from your MacBook. If you look hard enough in the phone's manual you may be able to find how to initiate the transfer, if that phone can do so. There are three possible outcomes: 1. The phone can't do it. You'll have to transfer from your MacBook if this is the case. 2. The phone can only transfer one phone number at a time. This works but it's slow. 3. The phone can transfer the entire phonebook.
