Where to buy Pen Cai?

Will a 06 tc trd cai fit on a 08 tc or do i have to buy 08-10?

  • I have an 08 scion tc and im buying a cold air intake for it, but there is something i need to know before buying it.The 06 trd cai on ebay cost 165 but the 08 trd cai cost 370. Its obvious why i wound want to know before wasting my money on the same thing. In one of the cai list thing it said the fit is 05-10 tc.Does any one know ? help me please

    there is a difference. theres the 05-06 option and 07+ option... you own a 08 go for the 07+ option. in 07 the engine was revised the changes encluded: new MAF sensor, pistons (with oil squirters on them) rods, supposivly a more agressive camshaft, new tune, and exhaust flange. this explains the 05-06 160hp @ 5700rpm 163ft lbs tq @ 4000rpm with a 9:6 compression ratio 07+ 161hp @ 6100 rpm 162ft lbs tq @ 4000rpm with a 9:8 compression ratio exhaust will not matter. also you'll notice the same option when it comes to a turbo kit, there is a 05-06 and 07+ option.
