2003 Nissan Sentra Headlight Bulb Replacement?

    Consult your owners manual if you have it, I have an 02 Sentra and I believe you have to get at the bulb from the back of the light fixture, ie, inside of the engine. Try the Nissan website and see if you can download a manual in PDF format if you don't have a printed version.

You may have to remove some other things to get to the back of the housing, if your hands aren't small enough to squeeze between the battery and lamp. Sometimes there is a rubber protective cover you have to remove so you can get to a clip that holds the bulb in place, use a flashlight to help you see what is going on.
