Answer:
Each time I do a NA to TT I say never again! But the owner has to have plenty of money there things you would never think about like A/C condenser and Radiator is narrower to allow those no longer available inter cooler metal piping to run up front and back. Japan Spec TT motors may not have EGR. Oil coolers No gill slits (inter cooler air) in your front bumper and vented inner liners inside your fenders are different too. But afterward many owners blow up the original tt motor and buy better motors some sorting out is necessary then the car makes 500 hp and the stock brakes won't stop the car. Stand alone Engine control electronics turbo controls fuel mixture boost controls and larger injectors NA to TT is a great way to learn how to be a Custom car tech and Nissan Technician. GOOD LUCK INDEED! have plenty of money.

When I had an '84 300ZX I was constantly confronted by wiring that was different with the TT as opposed to my NA. The suspension is different, for example, requiring a control for the firmness. The security system modules (or at least one of the two) is different, along with the ECU. I think the project has a significant chance of failing. BTW, I should mention the 300ZX was one of the most troublesome cars I have ever owned. The electrical system was the biggest problem, and when I sent it to a wrecking yard there was an intermittent at the ECU connector that I could never pin down, and I have been an electronic technician for 39 years. The ECU also decided the engine had quit (even though it was still controlling the ignition and injection) so it would turn off the engine every minute like clockwork until I bypassed the control line. Then there were the months it would shut down half a dozen time per day for a few seconds or for a few minutes... turned out to be a bad connector on the ignition coil. The list goes on and on.
