Which Porsche is the fastest?

Porsche Boxster or a Nissan 350z? Which is cooler for a highschooler?

  • This summer i'll be getting a job as a lifeguard and my parents agreed to buy me either a Porsche Boxster 986 or a Nissan 350z as long as I pay $300 dollars towards it each month. Ive already saved up $5000 dollars for it as well. I really cant decide between the two. I like the look of the 350z better, but then the Boxster looks more classy, and plus, it's a PORSCHE! Which is pretty cool. I don't know whether the kids at my school will think the boxster looks like a little girls car, or whether they'll be in awe because its a porsche. I know I shouldn't care that much about what people think, and I really don't, but I just want to hear alot of peoples decisions before I choose between the two cars. I don't want either of these cars to race them, I just like the look of sport cars more. So which one do you think I should get? By the way, several kids at my school have Camaros, Challengers, and I think about half of them have stupid Mustangs. I kind of want my car to be different than what other kids have, so I think a Porsche will definitely do that. Thanks in advance! P.S.- Clearly since I'm getting a 20k sports car, insurance and maintenance aren't an issue. I already know that they both cost alot. If they didn't then I would be getting a 30k sports car. P.P.S.- I'm not a spoiled rich kid. I make good grades, I have a job, and I volunteer at the hospital every day I don't work. My parents agreed to get me this car because of my hard work. P.P,P.S.- Only talk about these cars. I don't want to hear about how I should get a little crappy Honda or a van.

    That is on you my friend. If you like a car then get it, you don't need to have other people tell you what is cool. If it is a sports car, its a SPORTS car. That is great that you are experiencing one of those cars, but we can't answer this for you. It doesn't matter what car it is, if its a 20k sports car why does it matter which one you get? Other teenagers are going to be impressed regardless.

don't buy the porsche just because ''ITS A PORSCHE!!!!!!!!'' the 350Z is WAAAYYYY cooler in my opinion. plus if you wanted to upgrade the 350Z you have a unlimited amout of choices for aftermarket parts!
