Where can I get a spare key for 05 Mitsubishi Lancer(Don't want to pay £153 for key+£198 for coding at dealer)?

I lost a key so have had to resort to using my spare...which has a huge crack right across the key! I need another key before this one breaks. I rung my local Mitsi dealer who said it would cost £153 for the key...and £198 to code it to the car...which would need to be done for the key to work :O Timpsons can cut me a key for £75ish.....but will it work or will it still need to be coded?? HELP!!

Timpsons key should work but ask them first - if not then it is the Mitsi dealer only.
