What's the Lowest Size for an Interstate Motorcycle?

Whats the lowest rim size will fit on a 02 Eclipse GTS?

• 2002 Eclipse GTS Need to take off the factory 17 inch rims, and replace it with snow tires. Well, buying smaller rims would let me find cheaper tires. But what is the smallest size of rim I can fit before it becomes technically impossible?

  If you go to Tirerack.com you can find the right tire/rim combination. When you chose your car, you will see the recomended tire size based on your model..for example say it's 225/55-17 225 is the width, 55 is the height of the sidewall, and 17 is the size of the rim. You will also see the other sizes of rims, 15, 16, 18, and 19" and maybe even larger. If you click on say 16, you will see the tire that will fit the 16" rim, but will also have a larger sidewall and different width. What this does is keep the 16 wheel the same diameter as the 17" wheel. So if your stock wheels are 225/55-17 the smaller wheel might be 215/60-16.. As for the smallest wheel, I wouldn't go smaller than 15", although I know you can fit 14" rims...
