What are new and fun tricks to do on the trampoline?

Will a 12ft trampoline be big enough for doing tricks?

  • I really want to start Tricking\freerunning I know all the progressions to do the tricks I think practicing it on trampoline first will be save and maybe get the hang of it anyway will a 12ft trampoline be big enough to do back flips\front flips on?

    Think about how tall you are. it will be roughly twice your height, assuming you are in the average height range. 12 feet is pretty damn small once you take that into consideration. EDIT: Never owned an olympic trampoline, but this would be really small for a circular one. Sorry.

Perhaps you can try doing it on a pole vault landing bed. It would certainly be big enough and much safer for you to land on if things go really wrong.

try a 17 ft trampoline i practice A LOT of gymnastics flips and tricks/skills on there after i come home from gymnastics im 13 and 5'2' so it should work for you too
