How good of a sound system could i get for $1000?

I have a Mitsubishi lancer oz rally edi. and want to put rims and a sound system on it ... help?

• I feel into a nice cheap 2002 Mitsubishi lancer oz rally I got it for 1500$ with a blown transmission and my dad fixed it for 500$ including the part the car works perfect, I now want to put some 20s on it and a sound system in it also my dad or cousin can put each on but I want to know what I should get I want to spend about 1000$ on rims and 500 on a sound system so please no advice that cost me much more. I want rims with lots of spokes in it so it keeps the sporty look on the car and of course I have to powder coat them black so I have a black on black car i want a loud system also please sshow some pictures or links to sites where I can find these items im definatly not opposed to second hand stuff so ebay is fine or we u can find. thx lmk
