What do I do with my YAHOO! points?

What happened to the points thing on yahoo answers?

• Um why does it show that I have like around 560 points? Did they not reset? That is impossible considering last week I only made about 50 or so points and I checked last night before the points were set to reset themselves and now the reset has caused me to have 560 points. Why is this? Also my avatar is not here and when I try to click the upload button it says error not allowing me to even upload my avatar. My pulse is missing too. I emailed yahoo staff about 3x in the past month and a half to fix it and they have completely ignored my emails.

  For most users there is a glitch where their weekly points did reset today like they normally would. the correction may happen later this week or not until next Monday, who knows when since Yahoo! hasn't made any announcements that I know of about it. Your Pulse problem...actually Pulse is now known as Y! Profile despite the View Pulse link, and there is definitely a Yahoo! server error causing this, often for many users for a short period of time, and in some cases such as yours it seems to be permanent. The missing View Pulse link is definitely related to your other problems with your username and avatar.
