    you will not find a quality kit for under $2,500, and one that has everything you need for under $3,500. That kit in your link is a upgrade for the GST/GSX which is already turboed. When adding a turbo to a non-turbo car there are MANY more parts that are needed. I will however show you a few kits that have EVERYTHING you need. Also keep in mind that you will need to pay for labor and possible tuning if adding a turbo to your car. I know this for a fact because of the question you asked.
