Can i build and electric engine for a bicycle?

Since exactly which month and year did Mitsubishi build the Magna Solara with a 3.5l engine?

  • I've just purchased a Mitsubishi Solara (4sp automatic) in a hurry that was built in June 1998. It was first registered in March 1999. I couldn't find the info about the engine size (3.0l or 3.5l) under the hood. The seller repeatedly confirmed that this is a 3.5l engine. But sites like www.redbookasiapacific.com don't list the 1998 version of the Solara with the 3.5l engine. Now, since when exactly (month/year) did Mitsubishi build the Magna Solara with a 3.5l engine? The engine number starts with 6G72-M-###### as specified by the Red Book for a Solara with a 3.0 engine. Or were is exactly the information about the engine size under the hood? The manual is unfortunately not very helpful (unless somebody remove the plate with this information from the position where its supposed to be). It was a private sale...so I need the answer either for the peace of my mind or to curse at the seller. Thanks Andy

  • Answer:

Magna, with its refined and powerful 3.0 litre V6 engine has firmly established itself in the Upper Medium category against Commodore and Falcon yet the NRMA, and more recently the RACV, consistently confirm that it has best-of-class running and whole of life costs which make it extremely attractive to private and fleet buyers alike
