Does anybody have any good ideas/sites for make up,hair, and/or shoes for my school dance in a few weeks?

I have brown eyes and light brown hair with some dark blonde texture. My hair is long, just longer than my rib cage. My school dance is Hawaiian theme and i have already picked out a dress. I will try to link it below but if it doesn't work it is on hollisterco.com under dresses and it is the one with hawaiian flowers and i have it in the color red. I really just don't know what shoes to pair with it. I want to wear something with a little heel but i can't find anything that matches. If you have anything in mind that isnt a heel or wedge that's fine. But what i really have no idea about is makeup and hair. Like i said, i have brown eyes and long hair. For special occasions i usually wear eye shadow,mascara, eyeliner, foundation, and blush. I just want a great style that would go with the dress and the theme. Same thing with the hair! I was thinking i could find some sort of flower in my hair that matched the dress, also. But i cant find one anywhere. So I would like ideas for a make up style, hairstyle, hair flower, and/or shoes. Thans alot(: P.S. i'm in 8th grade
