How do you turn off the mute on a mercedes c240?

How do you turn off the malfunction on the instrument cluster of Mercedes c240 2001? Minor malfunction.?

• The instrument cluster keeps saying malfunction check right blinker light but I replaced the bulbs about a month ago. How do you clear this? Thank you!

  the problem still exist. check the blinker also on the side mirror. turn on hazard so you can distinguish if the brightness is the same. remember that if the original (rear) signal light bulb is busted, another bulb will replace it's function for safety reason. see if both are the same. see if the wattage are the same. the rear signal acquisition module checks the resistance. anything out of tolerance will be considered as faulty. fault message clears itself once the ignition switch is turned off then on.
