How to unjam a 6 disk changer?

How to unjam the 6 cd Changer in my mercedes S500?

• the magazine for the 6 cd changer in my S500 is stuck the trays you load the CD's into is stuck partially in the magazine and the rest of the unit. i tried cutting the power and that didn't seem to work. any way i can get the tray back into place without having to take the car into the shop?

  You don't need to take the car into the shop but unless you're familiar with how to disassemble and repair those Alpine CD players, you will need to remove the player and take it to an Alpine dealer or other electronics shop that is familiar with them to repair the player. BTW, Benz dealers do not repair those CD players either. They just remove the player and send out the player to be repaired.
