Why does hair fall out so easily and often?

Why do my curls from my hair fall when i curl my hair?

  • they never stay is it because i have long hair? or the hair spray i use? i use herbal essences set me up hair spray in 3 max so the best hold but i put it on after i do a curl and it it always seems too fall my hair is almost up to my back dimples

    try putting it on before and after be careful not to burn your hair doing that tho :-) (the hairspray i mean)
