OH MY WORD you kind of look like this girl from Grey's Anatomy http://www.insidesocal.com/hollywoodjoe/.raaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaeaser.jpg but I think you'd look nice with a light hair shade, maybe auburn :-) your picture is dark so I can't tell what shade would match with your skin tone

Also round faces need a little volume at the top so this will be nice. Keep the length you have now:)
