When can a DNA test be done?

  • ok first of all please dont abuse me over this im not a S**T! ok so im about three weeks pregnant the doctors made a guess to the date of conception (which matchs up to when me and my man had sex on the night we met) but id like to get a DNA test done before i tell him! because a week before i met and slept with him i had sex with my ex for the last time. we used protection but id like to make sure before... so when can a DNA test be done? and how much does it cost roughly? before you start with the whole "safe sex" thing i HAVE the bar in my arm (which should be still working for another year)

    u can now do them while baby is inside u but dont know how much it costs. or u can wait for baby to be born and do a swab test, for over the counter its about 50 for test and 119 for labs

yeah no offense but that doesn't protect against STD's anyway, you won't be able to do a dna test until the baby is born, so you'll probably have to tell him beforehand.
