Do you need a limo license to drive a Commercial Lincoln Town car for personal use?

My dad has a lincoln Towncar he uses commerical to drive people around and has a limo license. Do i need to need a limo license as well to drive his car. Even if it is for only personal use?

As long as you are not making any money driving passengers around then no. If it is just for you and tour friends no. If you take someone out in it for a fee of any kind yes you need a chauffeurs license. If your Father has it tagged insured and registered as a limousine and you drive it with any rear passengers that are not related to you, you are considered to be making money with it and therefore yes you need a license.
