Which is better airline from dubai to USA (safe)?

USA C1-Transit Visa (Mexico-Dubai)?

• I currently live and work in Dubai, and I want to bring my girlfriend from Mexico so we can get married here. However, the easiest, safest, and most convinient way for her to get here is to do it through the USA. She won't have a return ticket but only a one-way ticket from Mexico to Dubai. She also has already come to Dubai but through a much longer way and she already has a visa ready so she can come here. Is this a reason enough for an approval of a C1-Transit Visa? or what else should we or her not do so she doesn't get rejected. Extra: She has been given previous working visas before as an employer hired her for three years temporarily throghout the year. Just in case if this helps. I will be paying her tickets and her stay here and she will probably transit the USA for less than a day just to take the second flight. She currently lives in Mexico and will go to a USA embassy there. Thanks in Advance!
