How do i write my wedding invitation card if i share the same surname with my partner?

Answer:
If you are only sending invites to close friends and family, who know you well and are expecting an invite, you could just use your first names, especially if you are also including parent's names- 'John and Sarah, along with their parents Jack and Mary Smith and Tom and Helen Smith invite you to celebrate....' But if you think surnames are necessary than write out the full names; 'John Smith and Sarah Smith invite you...', because you can't share a surname yet
