How to use Lexus IS300 emergency "card" key?

• i don't have the normal key/master key with me. so i was trying to use the emergency card key that came with the car. my Lexus IS300 is the 2004 model so the card key can start the engine. i am having a hard time getting the key to turn to the on position. following all the directions on the key card, then opening the manual and following its direction, i am still having a hard time starting the car!

The easiest way to get the local dealers info is to visit official Lexus website, mostly used lexus cars section and search for your model/range based on your pincode. http://usedcars.lexus.co.uk/used-is.aspx displays all the Lexus IS vehicles and you can see the vehicles location so click on vehicle details link and find the dealer info.
