How can i put a mini fridge in my jeep.?

  • I will be going to school everyday from 8am to 1pm then i have to go to work right after that and work until 8pm or 9pm. I don't want to buy fast food everyday. Work doesn't have anymore room in their mini fridge for me to put my lunch in it so i was jw if i could put the mini fridge in the back of my jeep and when i got to work i could eat it there. so i was jw how i would make it work without my battery dieing?

You are trying to run a fridge all day. No matter how you wire it if you are running it all day long you are going to kill your battery. Normally you would want to run a AC/ DC converter and you could plug it into that if it was for a short period of time or if the car is running but without a wall outlet you are out of luck. if you are feeling very adventurous I saw a website a few months back that sells a solar panel you can mount on the top of your car and it runs a line to your dash. From what i remember, at that time they advertised several different sizes that range in power. You could always parallel another battery onto your existing one. I did this in a camper van.
