Does anyone know some no amber headlights?

1994 Jeep Wrangler brake lights aren't engaging when the headlights are on anyone know what this might be?

• basically when i turn on my headlights my brakes are always on when i push the pedal or release the pedal it just looks like im riding the brakes...turn the headlights off and brakes start to work again normally on a side note when you cut the headlights on as well my left turn signal no longer blinks it stays solid and does not flash the right blinker still flashes but at the brake light level they both blink in the back any suggestions besides the fuses ive been told check grounds and check the steering column that the turn signal switch is shot and ive been told to check for corroded lines

  I'm liking a grounding problem on the left rear taillight assembly. Also maybe a wiring problem if there was ever a trailer connection.
